We sincerely invite you to be an Exhibitor or a Sponsor of the 45th Japanese Peptide Symposium which will be held in Tokyo, October 29-31, 2008.
The venue for this symposium will be at Tower Hall Funabori, located 20 min from JR Tokyo station.
We expect more than 450 scientists from academic, industrial and governmental research institutions to attend this symposium.
Most of the presentations will be given in English. Therefore, we are very delighted to welcome many peptide scientists from abroad to participate.

1. Donation
We welcome sponsors to the 45th Japanese Peptide Symposium.
For your application for the sponsorship, please download this sponsorship application form, and send to jps-45@bus.toyaku.ac.jp as an attached file, or by fax, by September 15, 2008.
Sponsorship is 50,000 JPY per unit.
Offers for more than one unit are also highly appreciated.
2. Exhibition
The wide range of products and services will be showcased, including chemicals, software & databases, laboratory equipment, instrumental analytic services, HPLC columns, etc.
Therefore, we are very delighted to welcome many companies from abroad to participate not only for the scientific sessions but also for the equipment or material exhibition.

Exposition Hours & Location
Attendees can visit exhibiting companies from 9:00 to 18:30 on October 29, from 9:00 to 17:30 on October 30, from 9:00 to 13:00 on October 31, 2008 in the lobby on the 3rd floor.
Allocation of the booth within the lobby will be assigned in application order.
Exposition Installation & Dismantling
Exhibitors can set-up their booths from 13:00 to 16:00 on October 29.
Exhibitors can dismantle their booths from 13:00 to 16:00 on October 31.

Approximately 20 exhibition booths will be available.
Each booth package (W1980 X D990 X H2100cm) will cost 80,000JPY.
(Please give us the information on your electricity and furniture request in your exhibition application form).

3. Advertisement in an abstract book
We will print 900 copies of an A4 sized abstract book. We will welcome advertisements in the book.
An A4 size advertisement will cost 50,000 JPY and a half of A4 size will cost 30,000 JPY.
To the company that has applied for an advertisement in the abstract book, the cost of the exhibition booth will be discounted to 50,000 JPY.

For A4 full size advertisement, prepare the manuscript with 15 mm space on the top, bottom, right and left in A4 page. For a half of A4 size advertisement, prepare H 13 x W 18 cm sized manuscript.
Both sizes should be in black and white. Then, save the manuscript as a PDF file, and send to:
